Hey ya'll! We are so excited to announce that we will be giving away two tickets to the Lowcountry Food Bank's Farmer's Table Event!
As you may remember, we shopgirls are thrilled to participate in this event, which is being held in the Haberhsam Marketplace, next Friday, September 10 at 6:30 p.m. Tickets are selling for $100 each, so this is a great chance for you to show your support for such a great cause!

Being that I live in the Midwest, I'm not entirely sure about the growing conditions in SC. I do know, though, that when I shop my local farmers markets, I am always drawn to out of the ordinary things...like purple carrots. In general, I think that staples like apples, potatoes and corn would be good choices for the Lowcountry Farmers.
